OverView:
Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare provider has an opportunity for an IT Software Integration Consultant. The person in this role will be responsible for transforming source data into target data models, developing/supporting data warehouse schemas and ETL workflows, analyzing customer requirements, documenting data integration, and data validation. This position will be located at Banner Corporate, Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
The person in this role will be responsible for transforming source data into target data models, developing/supporting data warehouse schemas and ETL workflows, analyzing customer requirements, documenting data integration, and data validation. This position requires a person with project management, business analysis and outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications:
This position requires the following technical skills:- One to Three years experience architect/designer of Date Warehouse ETL.- Knowledge of ETL methodologies.- Experience with ETL tools, preferable experience with Business Objects Data Integrator.- Ability to troubleshoot database issues using system tools.- Ability to communicate the objectives and desired outcomes to others.- Excellent written and verbal skills.- Proven abil- ity to successfully multi-task.- Comfortable working within set project timelines.- Must possess a strong technical and business knowledge as typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree related field.- Must also have full knowledge of concepts within job function as would normally be obtained in work experience of 3-4 year additional years in the field.- Must demonstrate general knowledge of information technology and healthcare. - Requires highly effective verbal, written and computer skills Incumbent will have skills to mentor less experienced team members and will have variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required.Additional skills a plus:- Ability to design and develop Business Objects Universes.- SQL Server experience or basic knowledge of SQL a plus.
